The Score: Change the account holder (manager)

Changing the individual who 'owns" an account on The Score

Background

The Score routes important information to the manager (account holder) and an approver.

Changing the individual responsible for an account on The Score requires specific information be collected to ensure these processes continue to function properly.

Only an client administrator may authorize a change of account holder.

Information Required to Process a Change

To change an account holder, you will need to provide the following information:

Current Account Holder:
  1. Name
  2. EmployeeID
New Account Holder:
  1. Name
  2. EmployeeID
  3. DepartmentID (ie. their deparment or location code)
  4. Position Title
  5. Email
  6. Supervisor's EmployeeID
  7. Supervisor's Name
  8. Approver's Name (ie. the HR Representative or other person who will review and approve action plan submissions)
  9. New Account Holder's Business Unit (ie. the name of the department or function they are responsible for - or, the name of the group for which they will receive a report.)
These are all required fields on the submission form.
