Closing all browser windows may help re-establish a connection to The Score portal and improve browser performance.
- Windows PC: click the X icon in the top right corner of the browser window.
- Mac: click "Command+Q" to quit your browser windows.
Restart your browser and try to login again.
The link you were sent in the "Your Results are Ready" email will bring you to the correct page for The Score and auto-complete the information in the Portal ID box.The correct link for The Score is: https://www.amplitudesurvey.com/portal/#1416278Ensure that the Portal ID box contains the number: 1416278
Check to ensure that you are using the correct login information that was issued to you in the "Your Results are Ready" email.1. Using a Private or Incognito browsing window will ignore any previous sessions or settings. Try launching a Private/Incognito or Private browsing window using the steps below that are specific to your browser, and then try logging in using the steps above.Google Chrome
The easiest way to open an Incognito window is with the keyboard shortcut combination Ctrl-Shift-N (Windows) or Command-Shift-N (macOS).
Another way is to click on the menu on the upper right – the three vertical dots – and select New Incognito Window from the list.

Use the combination of Ctrl-Shift-N (Windows) or Command-Shift-N (macOS) to open an InPrivate window.
Or, click on the menu at the upper right – it's three dots arranged horizontally – and choose New InPrivate window from the menu.

A private browsing window can be opened using the keyboard combination Ctrl-Shift-P (Windows) or Command-Shift-P (macOS).
Alternately, a private window will open from the menu at the upper right of Firefox — click the three short horizontal lines — and select New Private Window.
Once you have opened a Private window, you will see:

To open a Private Window on a Mac, press the three-key combination of Command-Shift-N.
Otherwise, a window can be called up by selecting the File menu and clicking on New Private Window.
