About The Score

The score is a website where you can see your engagement survey results, find some helpful tools and build your engagement action plan.

All in one place!

Here’s how it works.

When your results are ready, you’ll get an email. Simply click the link to visit The Score.

Logging in for the first time

Your login credentials will be included with the email indicating your results are ready.

Your login name will be stated in the email, and you will be provided with a temporary password that you will be asked to change the first time you log in.

Your login will not be your email address.

The temporary password provided to you in your email can only be used one time. You will be asked to choose a new password when you log in for the first time. If you forget your new password, you can follow these steps to reset your password.

The Task Screen

Once you’re logged in, you’ll have a message waiting.

Click your login name...

Then, click “the Fill out Form” button at the bottom of your screen...

And you're in!

Now you can get your survey results, find resources to help you understand your results and how you can improve them and submit your action plan.

Finding your way around is pretty easy: just look for these big red buttons, or use the navigation links at the top of the screen.
