Survey Report: Data missing for some questions

Missing data on survey report

You may notice that certain questions on your survey report do not contain data about the responses or the number of respondents.

Quite often, surveys contain questions that are directed to some respondents, but not to others (ie. questions that are specific to a particular role, are only seen by people who hold that position.)

To protect the confidentiality of respondents, where there are less than 5 people who have responded to a particular question, neither the number of responses nor the scores for that question will be displayed on a report.
