How to use your One Click Report and Host Listening Sessions

Listening sessions help managers understand why employees answered some survey questions they way they did.
It's like putting the story behind the numbers.
We've made hosting a listening session easy for managers. The One Click Report is a pre-populated presentation that contains the survey results a manager needs for a listening session, together with all the questions that should be asked. If a manager simply follows the presentation, asks the questions on each slide and takes good notes they will have facilitated a great listening session.
