Survey Results: Questions have varying numbers of responses
Inconsistent number of responses to certain questions
You may notice that certain questions on your survey report show a lesser number of responses than others.
Quite often, surveys contain questions that are directed to some respondents, but not to others (ie. questions that are specific to a particular role, are only seen by people who hold that position.)
To protect the confidentiality of respondents, where there are less than 5 people who have responded to a particular question, neither the number of responses nor the scores for that question will be displayed on a report.
