Cannot find my survey invitation
If you are unable to locate your survey invitation, please follow these steps:
1. Confirm your email address
Ensure your manager has the correct email address on file for you. If the address submitted for you is incorrect, your manager will need to reach out to support@amplitude-inc.com for additional information.

Only unit/department manager or a client administrator may submit a request to change a respondent's (employee's) email address.
2. Check Spam folders
Carefully check your Spam/Junk/Promotions folders for an email from @amplitude-inc.com.
MSN Hotmail, Outlook.com, Live.com
- Log in to the webmail version of your email account HERE
- To check your Junk Folder, click on the Junk folder link on the left.
Apple: me.com, iCloud.com, mac.com
- Log into your iCloud webmail account HERE
- Select Junk/Spam to view messages in the spam folder
- Search for and select the email falsely marked as spam and click ‘Not Junk’ in the notification bar.
Yahoo Mail
- Log in to the webmail version of your email account HERE.
- To check your Spam Folder, simply click the Spam folder on the left. [You may need to click ‘more’ to see it]
Gmail
- Log into your Gmail webmail account HERE
- If the Spam folder does not appear on the left, click the “more” option just above contacts
- Select Spam to view messages in the spam folder
- Repeat these steps to look for the Promotions folder
Note: Gmail’s spam filters also work in your desktop or mobile email (IMAP) client by automatically diverting messages that are suspected of being
unwanted messages into ‘[Gmail]/Spam’ and keeping them out of your
inbox. Sometimes it’s easier to find the offending email by searching
for it using the search box at the top of the screen.
If you are still unable to find your invitation, please have your manager contact amplitude's Client Care department.

Change survey submission
