My browser crashed before I could click "Submit"
Continue taking a survey after an interruption
If something happens (ie. a browser window crashes, device runs out of battery, etc.) before you have finished and clicked Send to submit your survey, all of your responses up to the last time you clicked Next are saved. You can go back and complete your survey by clicking the link in your survey invitation - but you must use the same device, and same web browser that you were using in the previous session.

To resume a session and continue to complete your survey after an interruption, you must use the same device and same browser.

If you were using a private browsing session (ie. Incognito or Private Window), your previous session will not be saved and you will need to start your survey again from the beginning.
