Login with a Private Browser Window (Firefox - PC and Mac).
Using a Private browsing window will ignore any previous
sessions or settings. Try launching a Private
browsing window using these steps and then try logging in using the steps in this KB article:
How to log in to The Score.Firefox
A private browsing window can be opened using the keyboard combination Ctrl-Shift-P (Windows) or Command-Shift-P (macOS).
Alternately,
a private window will open from the menu at the upper right of Firefox — click the three short horizontal lines — and select New Private Window.
Once you have opened a Private window, you will see:
